About the Founder

Dr Nelly Mashile is a medical, Miss South Africa top 5 finalist, and an ambassador of Empower Youth Africa, an initiative from Miss South Africa working alongside Motsepe Foundation. She advocates for Social Equity, and is a voice for the underserved. Raised by three generations of domestic workers, her great-grandmother, grandmother and mother.  Dr Mashile's life story is rooted in resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering determination.
